Billing Officer (Recovery)

Qualification : M. Com Post Qualification Experience (Years) : Upto 5 years Max Age Limit (Years) : 35 Years Job Description/ Key Result Areas : To ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from Domestic/ Commercial and Special Domestic defaulting consumers. Timely disconnection of violation / theft cases for recovery. To arrange recovery from Government Departments through personal visits/ negotiations. To ensure timely replies to HO queries regarding disconnection / reconnection and to address their grievances. To arrange disconnection in case of default in payment of additional security followed by recoveries. Essential Skill Requirements : Knowledge of OGRA regulations Sound knowledge of Civil Laws of Pakistan. (For Recovery Officer Legal) Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point etc. Excellent Written and Communication Skills Ability to write effective Letters and Reports Knowhow of Utility Billing procedures Place of Posting : Anywhere in areas of our operations i.e. Punjab, Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa, Azad Kashmir & Islamabad
